Page Speed Tool: Measure Core Web Vitals for Free

Lighthouse score, real user data (LCP, INP, CLS) and the to-dos with the biggest leverage, sorted by savings. The check runs through Google\u2019s official PageSpeed Insights API, straight from your browser.

What the numbers mean

Google rates pages by the Core Web Vitals from real Chrome user data: load time of the largest element (LCP, good below 2.5 seconds), responsiveness to input (INP, good below 200 milliseconds) and visual stability (CLS, good below 0.1). The Lighthouse score, by contrast, is a lab measurement: useful for debugging, but the field data decides the ranking assessment.

Why the to-dos are prioritized

Lighthouse likes to list dozens of items, many of which barely matter. The Lens sorts by estimated savings and shows first what really costs load time: render-blocking CSS, uncompressed images, unused JavaScript. If Google recognizes your CMS (say WordPress or Shopify), the matching platform-specific hints appear right along with it.
