We have been building with AI since the first GPT-3 APIs, long before every agency wrote "AI-first" into its profile. What we learned along the way: the technology is rarely the problem. The problem is the path from "impressive demo" to "runs in production every day and measurably saves time or measurably drives revenue".

That path is exactly what we focus on. We identify the use cases that actually pay off for you, build them with the right tools, sometimes a Langdock rollout, sometimes an n8n flow, sometimes a custom agent, and train your team so it keeps running without us.

From prompt fundamentals workshops for the whole team to deep dives for specific departments (marketing, sales, HR, accounting). Afterwards your team doesn't talk about AI, it works with AI.

You don't need a data science department to profit from AI. You need the three to five use cases that save time in your operation right away: preparing quotes, pre-sorting emails, summarizing documents, checking invoices, screening applications. We find those use cases in a structured audit, prioritize by effort and impact, and ship the first ones in weeks, not quarters.

EU AI Act, GDPR, works councils, trade secrets: AI in a company is also a compliance question. And not one you should answer with "we just use ChatGPT". We make sure your AI usage is set up cleanly: EU hosting or on-premise where needed, data processing agreements, clear internal rules about which data may go into which tools, and documentation that survives an audit.

The foundation underneath the AI: process automations with n8n and Make that take over the tedious manual work.
