2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our visitors only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing takes place on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure the security of the system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The log files are deleted automatically in line with the hosting provider's retention periods.
4. Contacting us
Contact forms
If you use one of our forms, we process the data you enter there (name, company if applicable, email address, message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. Transmission is encrypted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). To fend off automated spam submissions we use technical checks (including a form field invisible to humans and a plausibility check of the time taken to fill in the form); no additional personal data is collected in the process.
Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
Email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the inquiry. The website also contains a link to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). WhatsApp only opens once you actively click this link; from that point, WhatsApp's privacy terms apply. No data is transferred to Meta by our website itself.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set tracking cookies without your consent. We use your browser's local storage (localStorage) for technically necessary purposes: storing your language selection and, if you use our page speed tool with your own API key, storing that key locally. This data remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (technical necessity).
6. Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Processing takes place exclusively if you have given your prior consent via our consent banner. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.
Google Analytics uses cookies or comparable technologies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses; approximate location is derived from IP metadata, which is subsequently discarded. The information generated is usually transferred to Google servers and processed there; transfer to the USA is possible. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future via this website's cookie settings.
7. Free online tools
Our tools (GEO Checker, Tracking Audit, Page Speed, Schema Builder, UTM Composer) run directly in your browser. The website addresses and content you enter are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us. Please note:
- With the GEO Checker and Tracking Audit, the URL you enter may be loaded via external fetch services (api.allorigins.win, corsproxy.io) to work around browser restrictions. These services receive the entered URL and your IP address.
- The page speed tool calls Google's official PageSpeed Insights API; the checked URL and your IP address are transmitted to Google.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (provision of the function you actively requested). If you do not want this, please do not use the tools or use the source-code input offered instead.
8. Google Partner badge
In the footer of the website we embed the Google Partner badge, which is loaded from Google servers (gstatic.com). For technical reasons, Google receives your IP address in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in demonstrating our certification).
9. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, datenschutz-berlin.de.
10. Data security
This website uses TLS encryption (recognizable by the lock symbol in your browser). Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties as a result.

We adapt this privacy policy when the legal situation or our data processing changes. The version published here applies.
