LinkedIn Ads Agency in Berlin

LinkedIn has the highest click prices of any major platform. And yet in B2B it is often the only channel where you reach decision-makers deliberately, before they start searching. We build LinkedIn setups that turn those expensive clicks into pipeline instead of reach reports.

01 — Approach

Expensive is not the same as unprofitable

Yes, LinkedIn clicks cost several times what Meta or Google Display charge. It is just the wrong question. If a closed deal is worth five figures to you and your audience consists of a few thousand people, the expensive, precise contact is cheaper than the cheap scattergun. We run the math before any campaign starts: audience size, realistic cost per lead, close rate, contribution margin. Only when the numbers add up does budget flow. The same logic we have used to judge every channel since 2006, laid out on the performance overview.

And if the numbers do not add up, we say that too. LinkedIn is not a mandatory channel, it is a tool for a specific case: B2B with clearly identifiable decision-makers and enough margin per deal.

02 — Current

What is changing at LinkedIn right now

The most interesting development in 2026 is Buyer Group Targeting: LinkedIn builds audiences from first-party signals that map an account's entire buying committee, instead of just the one job title you entered. That matches the reality of B2B decisions, which rarely rest on a single person. In parallel, LinkedIn is pushing its campaigns further toward AI optimization, including automatically generated creative variants for A/B tests.

LinkedIn is also leaving the feed: with CTV Ads, campaigns run on streaming inventory, targeted through professional profile data. For most mid-sized companies that is not a must yet, but for enterprise ABM with long cycles it is an interesting building block. We test things like this in a controlled way with a small budget share before they earn a fixed place in the media plan.

03 — Discipline

Decision-maker targeting without wasted spend

The core of LinkedIn is the precision of its filters: job title, seniority, function, company size, industry. No other channel knows this data at comparable depth. The craft lies in combining them, because audiences that are too narrow drive up prices, and audiences that are too broad dilute the channel's only advantage. We build audiences along your actual sales process: who signs, who influences, who blocks. Each of those roles gets its own message instead of the same ad for everyone.

04 — Discipline

Lead Gen Forms or landing page?

Native Lead Gen Forms lower the barrier massively because LinkedIn pre-fills the fields. That brings more leads at a lower price, but tends to bring less commitment with them. Your own landing page filters harder and qualifies better, at the cost of conversion rate. We decide this per offer and funnel stage: forms for content offers at the top, landing pages for demo and sales-call requests further down. Both are measured through to the actually qualified lead, not to the form submit.

05 — Discipline

Account-based marketing for enterprise

If your pipeline depends on fifty target accounts, classic audience marketing is the wrong frame. We build ABM setups with curated account lists from your CRM, messages tuned per account cluster and sequences that carry over months: first visibility and trust, then concrete offers, and in parallel, signals to your sales team about which account is reacting right now. That turns LinkedIn from an ad channel into an extension of the sales team.

Wondering whether LinkedIn pays off for your setup? We will run the numbers with you in a free first call, no strings attached and with a clear recommendation. Drop us a short note.

06 — Discipline

Document Ads and Thought Leader Ads

Two formats stand out in B2B. Document Ads let people flip through studies, guides and one-pagers right in the feed, showing substance before anyone has to click. Thought Leader Ads amplify posts by real people from your company and clearly beat classic company ads on click-through rates, by roughly a factor of two in current benchmarks. People follow people, not logos. We handle the selection, the approvals and the question of which post deserves amplification.

On LinkedIn the winner is not the loudest ad, but the one that sounds like a colleague.

07 — Measurement

Conversion connection all the way into the CRM

The true value of a LinkedIn lead shows up weeks later in the CRM, not in Ads Manager. That is why we connect the LinkedIn Conversions API to your CRM and feed offline events back: lead becomes MQL, MQL becomes meeting, meeting becomes deal. Only then can LinkedIn optimize for quality instead of form submits, and only then do you know which campaign brings revenue. How we set up the CRM processes behind it is on our CRM & Email Marketing page. The numbers land in the same decision views as your Google Ads, more on that under reporting.
